* To register with the SBC member rate, physicians must have the 2026 membership fee paid at the time of registration and remain in good standing until the event check-in. Participants with outstanding payments will not be entitled to the member discount and will not be allowed to enter the event under this condition.

  • In the registration system, all amounts will be displayed and charged in the local currency (Brazilian Real / BRL / R$)
  • Brazilian participants may make the payment by credit card, debit card, bank slip (boleto), or PIX
  • International participants may make the payment exclusively by credit card
  • For payments made with credit cards issued outside Brazil, the final amount charged may vary according to the exchange rate applied by the card operator and any additional fees imposed by the issuing financial institution

Registration Cancellation Policy

A partial refund of 70% of the registration fee will be granted for cancellation requests received on or before October 12th, 2026.

No refunds will be issued for requests received after this date.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the event.
